The present invention relates to a mobile PC using an application for building safety inspection and precision diagnosis which inspects a building used by many people such as an apartment building, a department store, a school, and a factory to be inspected. Periodic inspection of a building used by many people for deterioration of the building is fairly important. Therefore, building information corresponding to the building acquired maintenance and management data of the building to be inspected, and site investigation data acquired by investigating a building site to be inspected are inputted and stored. The stored data are stored in a management PC to be used in site inspection by an inspector. A site inspection and report process are simplified to reduce efforts and time spent on site inspection.
