摘要

The present invention relates to an azide compound for labelling radioactive iodine, a preparation method thereof, and a composition containing the same as an active ingredient for radioactive iodine labeling or medical diagnosis. The azide compound for labelling radioactive iodine according to the present invention can label biomolecules or nanoparticles containing dibenzocyclooctyne (DBCO), through a copper-free click reaction with the radioactive iodine at a fast reaction rate and with a high radiochemical yield; is stable in vivo; is rapidly absorbed into the liver and kidney to be accumulated; and exhibits a fast excretion rate to the outside of a body, thereby being usefully used for radioactive iodine labeling or medical diagnosis of the biomolecules or the nanoparticles.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
