The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing nitrogen-based low temperature atmospheric pressure plasma for treating damaged muscle or promoting regeneration thereof, and a method for treating damaged muscle or promoting regeneration thereof using the same. The nitrogen-based low temperature atmospheric pressure plasma can effectively induce activation of muscle cells, transfer to damaged parts of muscle cells, proliferation of muscle cells and differentiation of muscle cells without a surgery or in a treatment process after a surgery, thereby being used for a novel muscle damage-related treating agent or method.
