A method for identifying a cancer-driver gene based on partial covariance selection according to the present invention comprises a step of collecting information on gene expression, copy number, mutation data and protein-protein interaction data obtained from a cancer sample and a normal sample and inputting data; a step of calculating partial correlation coefficients between genes; a step of calculating a partial covariance between genes; and a step of constituting a gene network; and a step of selecting a cancer-driver gene. So, high reliability can be obtained.
