The present invention relates to a novel stem cell line isolated from a recurrent pineoblastoma patient, a method for separating and culturing the same, a patient-customized xenograft animal model using the stem cell line, and a use of the same. A recurrent pineoblastoma stem cell line (donation number: KCLRF-BP-00358) provided according to the present invention is a malignant tumoric stem cell line having a very short survival period, and can be very useful in performing a diagnosis and developing a treating agent with respect to the cause of occurrence, the metastasis, the invasion, and the reoccurrence of pineoblastoma. Moreover, a recurrent pineoblastoma animal model provided according to the present invention has pineoblastoma showing morphological and genetic properties which are identical to a recurrent pineoblastoma patient, thereby being able to be utilized in more safely and effectively developing a patient-customized recurrent pineoblastoma treating agent.
