The present invention relates to a call center system using a smartphone capable of reducing costs and increasing speech quality. The smartphone includes: a touch screen; a connection terminal connected with the outside in a wired manner; and a program control interface directly controlling call connection by a call signal applied from the outside without an input of the touch screen through the connection terminal, and generates calls as a voice signal by being connected with an external user terminal through a wireless network by call connection and having conversation. The control terminal includes: a wired port connected with the smartphone in a wired manner to send the call signal to the smartphone and receive the voice signal; an external communication port receiving user information through wired or wireless communication and sending the voice signal; a memory storing the user information and the voice signal; and a program control interface controlling the call connection of the smartphone by applying the call signal to the smartphone through a wired port.
