The present invention relates to a psychological healing device and a psychological healing system using sand. More specifically, the present invention stabilizes and promotes psychological health by touching tactile stimulation material consisting of sand, beads, and pebbles contained inside a main body in a box shape. The present invention comprises: a box-shaped main body having an accommodation part formed therein; and a pair of through-holes formed on one side of the main body and formed to receive a hand of a user. The sand and the tactile stimulation material are accommodated in the accommodation part of the main body.
