The present invention provides a mineral and EM filter device for removing particulate and gaseous pollutants in indoor air, wherein a plurality of cassette trays are inserted into an external case that is configured to introduce polluted air to one side surface thereof and to discharge the same to the other side surface, mineral filters and EM filters are accommodated in the cassette trays, respectively, the mineral filters are configured to prepare a composition consisting of any one of granular illite, hydromica, hydromuscovite, and micaceous clay in a spherical shape by plastic processing the same in a regular temperature, and to purify air in a state of being applied with moisture, and the EM filters are configured to apply an EM fermentation liquid to a sponge and to form the same. According to the mineral and EM filter device for removing particulate and gaseous pollutants in indoor air, the mineral filters, to which moisture is applied, are configured to filter particulate pollutants in a front end part of air introduction, and the EM filters are configured to filter gaseous pollutants in a rear end part of the air introduction, thereby having a multi-stage filtering effect.
