The present invention relates to an aquaculture apparatus and an aquaculture method using a culture cage. According to the aquaculture method of the present invention, culture is performed by fresh seawater being allowed to flow in through a motor pump from a seabed, a feed supply device being disposed at a certain part of a pipe through which the seawater flows after the inflow, a required amount of feed being dropped, the feed flowing in after being mixed with the seawater flowing after the inflow, and the mixture being supplied to a feed cage configured inside the cage for culture installed on the seabed. According to the method of the present invention, the culture is performed by the feed flowing in with the seawater being allowed to stay in the feed cage when the feed is supplied with the seawater into the feed cage of the culture cage, being gradually decomposed into micro particles with the seawater, being moved to the culture cage outside the cage, and becoming a feed for aquatic organisms. According to the aquaculture apparatus of the present invention using the culture cage and the aquaculture method of the present invention that are capable of feed supply and cage cleaning, the inside of the cage is cleaned by discharge from the cage of byproducts of the previously input feed present in the feed cage by means of the water pressure of the seawater flowing in when the seawater flows in with the feed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
