The present invention relates to a system for controlling a temperature of bedclothes by using sleep quality information and temperature information, bedclothes comprising the system, and a method for controlling a temperature of bedclothes. According to the present invention, a personalized temperature for a user at which the user can have deep sleep is proposed based on objective data through measurement of sleep quality information, i.e., biometric information regarding deep sleep, and a temperature inside bedclothes, and thus the user can easily select a temperature of the bedclothes based on the proposed temperature. Furthermore, appropriate temperatures required to enable the user to have deep sleep from a start of sleep to an end of the sleep are different on a per-time slot basis, and thus the sleep quality information, i.e., the biometric information regarding deep sleep, is measured and provided based on elapse of time, thereby setting the appropriate temperatures for respective time slots.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
