The present invention relates to a method of forming large-area metal nanoislands to measure surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) using a repetitive dewetting phenomenon. The purpose of the present invention is to form metal nanostructures using a repetitive dewetting phenomenon to implement a space densification and scale increase of the metal nanostructures at the same time; thereby ultimately providing a method of forming large-area metal nanoislands to measure SERS capable of manufacturing a sensor to measure the SERS to maximize an amplification of a Raman signal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
