The present invention relates to a geomorphic change monitoring system enabling actions necessary for preventing disaster to be taken in advance by monitoring, sensing, and predicting geomorphic changes within a wide-area region. The geomorphic change monitoring system includes: multiple measuring devices distributed and installed at each point to monitor geomorphic changes due to an uplift and a subsidence at each point on a real time basis and measuring an angle change of a ground surface; a terminal collecting coordinates and an angle change degree of each measuring device; and a calculating device connected to the terminal and measuring a height change at each point with a calculation program installed therein based on coordinate data and angle change data of each measuring device collected in the terminal. Accordingly, land subsidence due to the geomorphic changes at each point can be monitored on a real time basis.
