The present invention relates to a rotating plate provided for a skewer grilling stand such that multiple skewers can be hung along an outer edge of the rotating plate and cooking can be performed at the same time. According to the present invention, a plurality of holders are provided along the edge of a metallic plate material having a predetermined thickness such that the multiple skewers can be hung and inserted, and the holder is provided with a recessed groove formed to be recessed such that the skewers can be inserted. The rotating plate has a hook locking portion allowing the skewers to rotate without being separated from the recessed groove when the rotating plate rotates in a state where the skewers are placed in the recessed groove. Skewer grilling is performed on the skewer grilling stand during rotation in a state where the rotating plate for hanging the multiple skewers is mounted on a shaft base and held on a skewer grilling device. The skewer grilling stand is also provided with an auxiliary rotating plate, so the skewers are connected in a suspended state and are horizontally arranged along the edge of the rotating plate. Accordingly, the skewer grilling can be performed with stability, the skewers do not unexpectedly deviate, and the skewers do not have to be frequently flipped by a user despite the skewer grilling being performed in a state where the multiple skewers are hung and fixed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
