The present invention relates to a nonpoint pollution oil removal apparatus. The nonpoint pollution oil removal apparatus comprises: an oil removal conveyor (10) wherein a plurality of oil removal buckets (11) are formed on a conveyor belt to scoop oil floating on a surface of rainwater flowing into a first pretreatment tank (110) to store the oil in oil receiving trays (21) of an oil storage device (20); the oil storage device (20) consisting of a plurality of oil receiving trays (21) to receive the oil from the oil removal buckets (11) of the oil removal conveyor (10) to store the oil; a tray rotation device (30) to rotate the oil receiving trays (21) of the oil storage device (20); an oil removal lifting device (40) to lift the oil removal conveyor (10) and the oil storage device (20) along the water surface to allow the oil removal buckets (11) of the oil removal conveyor (10) to scoop the oil on the water surface to store the oil in the oil receiving trays (21); a horizontal moving device (50) to horizontally move the oil removal conveyor (10) and the oil storage device (20); and an oil removal control device (60) to sense the water level in the first pretreatment tank (10) to control to lift the oil removal conveyor (10) and the oil storage device (20) along the water surface. The oil removal apparatus is used to remove oil floating on a surface of initial rainwater containing nonpoint pollution sources flowing from a rainwater pipeline to easily separate the oil of the initial rainwater containing large quantities of various nonpoint pollution sources to purify the initial rainwater and dispose of nonpoint pollution sources contained in the rainwater.
