The present invention relates to a lenticule extraction tool for smile surgery. The lenticule extraction tool for smile surgery includes a guide tip and a grip connected to the guide tip and formed to be gripped by a surgeon. The scraper cuts a tissue bridge present between the inner skin tissue of the cornea stroma and the cornea lenticule by alternately moving into a space between a flap surface as an upper surface of the cornea lenticule and the inner skin tissue of the cornea stroma in contact therewith and a space between the lenticule surface as the lower surface of the cornea lenticule and the inner skin tissue of the cornea stroma in contact therewith when the cornea lenticule is separated from the cornea stroma by femtosecond laser being transmitted through the surface of the cornea during smile surgery in which the thickness and position of the cornea lenticule is selectively adjusted that is to be excised by the use of the femtosecond laser.
