A road integrated management system of the present invention is capable of efficiently managing roads and tunnels included therein. The road integrated management system includes: a road traffic management center which outputs current situation information about tunnel facilities and road facilities to an operator managing the tunnel facilities and the road facilities, and receives a management instruction for the tunnel facilities and the road facilities from the operator; a central collecting server which relays the road traffic management center and a tunnel operation system to be mentioned below, and generates integrated management information data in which current information about the tunnel facilities and current information about the road facilities are combined; a central collecting DB which stores the integrated management information data; and a tunnel operation system which controls operations of the tunnel facilities according to an instruction from the central collecting server, and transmits, to the central collecting server, current situation information about the operations of the tunnel facilities.
