The present invention relates to a composition for detecting surface-enhanced Raman scattering-based (SERS-based) intracellular miRNA. The composition comprises: (a) a first nanoparticle including a single-stranded nucleic acid molecule including a gold nanoparticle, a Raman reporter bound with the surface of the gold nanoparticle, and a nucleotide sequence complementary to a 5′-terminal region of target miRNA; and (b) a second nanoparticle including a gold nanoparticle, a Raman reporter bound with the surface of the gold nanoparticle, and a nucleotide sequence complementary to a 3′-terminal region of the target miRNA. According to the present invention, the composition can detect distribution in target miRNA cells through SERS map imaging by detecting miRNA in living cells, and can detect an expression degree of target miRNA by measuring SERS signal strength.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
