The present invention relates to product price setting and a system thereof for setting a sale product and a price with respect to the sale product based on pre-demand information with respect to a product to be sold in the future. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a product price setting method based on a demand forecast comprises the following steps of: receiving pre-demand information with respect to a specific future sale product from a plurality of latent purchaser terminals wherein the pre-demand information includes a purchase intention and expectation purchase price information; calculating a guide price of the specific future sale product based on the received pre-demand information; and mapping the calculated guide price of the product on the specific future sale product and storing the mapped price in a database.
