[Problem]To provide a business vehicle summoning system, a business vehicle summoning method, a program, and a computer-readable storage medium, with which business vehicles can easily be summoned.[Solution]A business vehicle 6 summoning system 1 for summoning a business vehicle 6 by specifying a location, said system characterized by having: a user terminal device 3 possessed by a user using the business vehicle 6; a vehicle-mounted device 5 provided in the business vehicle 6 and capable of communicating with the user terminal device 3; a user shaking location specification unit 110 that specifies the shaking location x of the user terminal device 3 by shaking of the user terminal device 3; and a user shaking location transmission unit 120 that transmits information about the shaking position x specified by the user shaking position specification unit 110 to the vehicle-mounted device 5.
