The present invention relates to a computer-readable recording medium storing terms of an insurance such that instant composition of a product code and selective viewing of a special contract are possible, and a method for instantly composing a product code and selectively viewing a special contract, wherein a product code is endowed, the product code including a separate special contract code such that a subscriber can view endorsed terms only, and, when the subscriber views the recording medium, he/she can view only special contracts endorsed by himself/herself. The present invention comprises an execution program for automatically executing the recording medium, a term DB (100) storing multiple insurance terms, and a term list DB (110) for selecting one term from the term DB. Each term in the term DB is configured under a distinction between a main contract term DB (120) and a special contract DB (130). The term list DB (110) comprises a main contract list DB (111) and a special contract list DB (112) for each main contract. The present invention further comprises a special contract code generating portion (300) for generating a special contract code comprising only a special contract endorsed by the subscriber from the term list DB (110) and a term code extracting portion (400) for extracting only a special contract endorsed by the subscriber from a product code comprising the special contract code generated by the special contract code generating portion (300) and a main contract code.
