Provided is a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating qi and blood deficiency-type generalized anxiety disorder. The medicinal raw materials thereof comprise spina date seed, angelica sinensis, radix paeoniae alba, radix rehmanniae praeparata, ligusticum wallichii, donkey-hide gelatin, ginseng, astragalus membranaceus, codonopsis pilosula, honey-fried licorice root, fructus ziziphi jujubae, fructus tritici levis, rhizoma pinellinae praeparata, arisaema cum bile, pericarpium citri reticulatae, radix bupleuri, radix curcumae, foldleaf daylily root, poria with hostwood, caulis polygoni multiflori, and polygala tenuifolia. On the basis of theoretical research, by means of observations of curative effect and verification of the safety of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation combined with Deanxit in treating generalized anxiety disorder, the preparation has a good effect for promoting Deanxit in treatment of generalized anxiety disorder, reduces the usage amount of western medicines and reduces toxic and side effects of western medicines, and is suitable for clinical expansion and application.
