A monolayer morphology-based method and system for filtering out baseline drift, said method comprising: obtaining an initial signal X1 (S101), using a structural element to perform an opening operation on the initial signal to obtain a signal X2 (S102), performing a closing operation on the signal X2 to obtain a noise signal X3 wherein a QRS signal has been filtered out (S103), and using the initial signal X1 to subtract the noise signal X3 to obtain the QRS signal (S104). The method uses the structural element to filter out baseline drift in an electrocardiography signal via a monolayer morphology filtering algorithm, and has a small amount of calculations and a good filter effect.
