The present invention relates to an in-server-room infrastructure constituent element management system using a virtual performance and a combination of virtual performances and, specifically, to an in-server-room infrastructure constituent element management system using a virtual performance and a combination of virtual performances, which can be calculated by using previously set basic performance indices, when a performance index, which has not been set as the basic performance index in an initial setting stage of a server room management system, is desired to be added and detected. To this end, the present invention provides the in-server-room infrastructure constituent element management system using the virtual performance and the combination of virtual performances, the system comprising: at least one server rack; a plurality of power distribution devices provided to each server rack; a temperature sensor and/or a humidity sensor provided to each server rack; power distribution panels respectively connected to the power distribution devices; power meters respectively connected to the power distribution panels; a monitoring server connected to all of the power meters; and a manager terminal connected to the monitoring server, wherein, when a performance index, which has not been basically set when performance indices are set, is newly set by being defined as a virtual performance index through the manager terminal, a control unit of the monitoring server collects basic information required from the virtual performance index newly set by the manager terminal, calculates a sum, a maximum value, a minimum value, or a mean value of the collected basic information, and transmits the calculated value to the manager terminal.
