Disclosed is a method for managing user usage information of an application based on a PaaS platform. The method is applied to an information management device of the PaaS platform, and the PaaS platform is used for bearing an application registered by a user on the PaaS platform. The method comprises: receiving a user request sent by a user device and triggered by a user using an application, wherein the user request carries address information about the user device and user authentication information about the application; establishing a correlation between the address information and user information according to the user authentication information and user register information about the application pre-stored on the PaaS platform, wherein the user information is the user register information about the user with regard to the application; and managing user usage information about the application associated with the user information according to the correlation. The solution provided in the embodiments of the present invention can set a user usage information management function by means of a PaaS platform. There is also no need for an application developer to set the corresponding function when developing an application, thereby shortening the development period of an application.
