The present invention provides: a composite visible light photocatalyst comprising a metal oxide and crystalline poly(3-hexylthiophene), which is adsorbed at a part of the surface of the metal oxide; and a preparation method therefor. The composite visible light photocatalyst comprising metal oxide/crystalline poly(3-hexylthiophene) and a preparation method therefor, of the present invention, achieve an effect of implementing an excellent visible light photocatalytic degradation ability and chemical durability, and thus the present invention can be useful as a highly efficient organic-inorganic visible light composite photocatalyst system to be used in a field requiring harmful gas decomposition, and as a method for readily preparing the same.
