An environment-friendly and energy-saving ultrapure water apparatus for manufacturing glass envelopes, mainly consisting of a raw water tank (1), a booster pump (2), a multimedia filter (3), an activated carbon filter (4), a sodium ion softener (5), a polishing filter (6), a high-pressure pump I (7), a first-stage primary reverse osmosis means (8), a pure water tank (9), a high-pressure pump II (10), an ultraviolet sterilizer (11), and a second-stage primary reverse osmosis means (12). The booster pump (2) is connected to the raw water tank (1); one end of the multimedia filter (3) is connected to the booster pump (2), and the other end thereof is connected to the activated carbon filter (4); the sodium ion softener (5) is connected to the activated carbon filter (4); the polishing filter (6) is connected to the sodium ion softener (5); the high-pressure pump I (7) is connected to the polishing filter (6); the first-stage primary reverse osmosis means (8) is connected to the high-pressure pump I (7); the pure water tank (9) is disposed on the first-stage primary reverse osmosis means (8); one end of the high-pressure pump II (10) is connected to the pure water tank (9), and the other end thereof is connected to the ultraviolet sterilizer (11); the second-stage primary reverse osmosis means (12) is connected to the ultraviolet sterilizer (11). The apparatus is able to continuously and stably produce pure water without being interrupted due to resin regeneration, has a compact structure, and occupies a small floor area.
