The present invention relates to a system and a method for online design and licensing documentation for photovoltaic generation. The system according to the present invention comprises: a selection unit for selecting a desired place to install a photovoltaic device, design conditions and equipment required for the installation; a calculation unit for calculating photovoltaic power generation design information by disposing the equipment in the desired installation place according to the design conditions; and an output unit for outputting the calculated photovoltaic power generation design information. The present invention enables a user to simply design a desired photovoltaic power generation device online, and provides a service for automatically creating official documents for approval, etc.
