A wrist support for use in relieving mouse-induced wrist injuries, comprising an external protective sleeve (1), a soft flexible protrusion (2), and a strap (3). In addition, time information of mouse use is recorded by a timer (10), when use time exceeds a preset time threshold, an electrode (30) generates a pulse at an acupuncture point on a wrist on the basis of control by a controller (60) to massage the acupuncture point of the wrist, and a vibrator (401) vibrates to massage the wrist muscles; a temperature sensor (501) detects temperature information of a part of the external protective sleeve (1) in contact with the skin of the wrist of the human body, and, when the temperature information detected is less than a preset threshold, a heating wire heats up on the basis of control by the controller (60). Also disclosed is a method for relieving mouse-induced wrist injuries. This achieves the effect of completely relaxing and keeping warm the wrist muscles and joint of a user, relieving pain for the patient suffering from mouse-induced wrist injuries, and reduces the incidence of mouse-induced wrist injuries.
