In order to acquire goods and services supporting wellness and health management, which provide solutions to health-related problems, either on a regular or irregular basis, self maintenance and control, healthy life management, financial management, self management and planning, the program causes automatically the Server to perform the method and system that comprises transmitting the personal information/data related to wellness and health with ease measurement and assessment, and quality control. When the user views the personal results, a list of available services is also displayed automatically for the user of the mobile terminal. The structured data including multiplechoice or yes-no or self tailored question items must be selected, picked and responded within the time limit displayed on the screen (FIGS.13 and 14). The continous self-generating unstructued data including personal notes and diaries, clinical results and relevant information, by using algorithms and latent variables, are also entered and displaced on the screen (FIG. 15a).
