A music-colour synaesthesia visualization method, which falls within the fields of cognitive psychology, chromatology and computer graphics and relates to the visualization of the music synaesthesia relationship of colours and the generation of a music colour combination scheme. The method represents the musical scale system with a colour level system and reproduces music elements with a colour relationship to realize the synaesthetic conversion between colours and the music elements, and, on this basis, carries out graphical colour conversion of a music structure. The implementation content comprises: conversion from colours to musical scales, conversion from colours to chords, conversion from colours to a rhythm, conversion from colours to a texture and the like. The method is suitable for application in the fields such as music information visualization engineering, synchronous visualization art of music performances, music appreciation assistance for people with hearing disability and visual music theme art creation.
