摘要

This stress analysis method for water-jet peening analyzes residual stress in a surface treated by water-jet peening by which a fluid from a nozzle is jetted to the surface to be treated. The stress analysis method comprises: a jet analysis process (S3); an impact pressure calculation process (S5); a range calculation process (S6) for calculating an impact pressure application range from a correlation between the impact pressure application range, the impact pressure, and a material strength; an arrangement pattern setting process (S7) for setting an arrangement pattern in which multiple impact pressure application ranges are arranged with respect to the surface to be treated; a number-of-application times setting process (S8) for setting a number of times the treatment will be applied to the surface to be treated; and a stress analysis process (S9) for analyzing residual stress in the surface to be treated by using the calculated impact pressure, the impact pressure application range, the set arrangement pattern, and the number-of-application times as analysis conditions.
