Method for allocating radio resources for setting up satellite communicationsin a first communication system comprising a constellation of non-GSOsatellites and a first set of terminals, the method comprising the followingsteps, for each terminal of the first set:- determining a distinct separation angle threshold to be observedwith respect to a constellation of geostationary satellites, aseparation angle being defined as the smallest topocentric angleby which a given non-GSO satellite and any geostationary satelliteof the geostationary arc are seen from a given terminal of the firstset,- authorising the terminal to set up a communication link with a non-GSO satellite if the separation angle) associated with said link isgreater than or equal to the separation angle threshold.
