Device osteotomy (1) in particular for carrying out the SCARF end in treating severe hallux valgus, characterized by comprising: - a plate (2) fixing intended to lock onto the cortical bone to be treated (M) , consists of a first proximal portion (2a) adapted to be fixed on the metatarsal medial cortex (CI) of the shaft (D) of the bone, by a suitable choice to be secured to the outer cortical (EC) distal part (2b), near epiphysis (E) of the metatarsus, and a central portion (2c) joining said proximal portion and said distal portion, each of the parts, proximal and distal, of the plate provided with at least one hole (5, 6 ; 8, 9) for the passage of bone screws (7, 10); - extending a proximal intramedullary retention system consists of a rod (3) blunt (4) from the end of the proximal portion (2a) of the plate (2).
