DNA composition comprising a DNA minigene construct encoding a polypeptide comprising a plurality of legumaine fragments, said plurality consisting of three immunogenic fragments of legumaine, each of which is preceded by the three AAY amino acids, the fragments being serially linked immunogens by said three AAY amino acids between each successive fragment in the polypeptide, in which the polypeptide can induce an immune response against tumor-associated cells and is expressible in immune cells, and in which the construct of DNA minigene is incorporated into a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, wherein said immunogenic fragments have an amino acid sequence according to SEQ ID No. 16, No. 17 and No. 18.
