Device specially designed for the self-care of people, by performing a set of non-invasive diagnostic tests, that the patient can perform himself, at his own home, or anywhere else, without any external help. The set of diagnostic tests that the equipment incorporates are designed to provide the healthcare professional with the necessary data to remotely extract a complete diagnosis and take action. This data on the one hand is interpreted by the software installed in the equipment, providing the patient with a first diagnosis and health recommendations and on the other they are sent to a terminal or remote point, attended by a health professional, who will provide the patient, in time real, a complete and personalized diagnosis aimed at self-care, monitoring and control of their state of health and will take the necessary actions and measures of both “Triage”, (referral of the patient), as assistance, and follow-up of their diseases and pathologies
