Building services bus system (2), comprising: - a network (3), - at least one control unit (h, 12, 13, 14, ..., 1n-1, 1n) connected by the network for at least two building services equipment (7 ), in particular operating devices for lamps (9), wherein in the building services equipment (7) each configuration data for the operation of this building technology device are stored, the configuration data of the first building services equipment (7), preferably all building services equipment (7) , are each stored redundantly in at least one second building services equipment (7).
