The purpose of the notification is to recycle waste materials of the type Tetra Pak using an organic solvent to separate polyethylene waste from aluminium waste. In the form of separation of aluminium from polyethylene, poly waste, the solvent is treated as xylene at boiling temperature i.e. ok.140 degrees C. Process is conducted in excess of solvent,in closed circuit. The solution of the poly waste is carried out periodically in a reactor with a heating coat and mixer and a return cooler. The diluted aluminium plastic is transmuted by pump through a filtration sieve (the precision of the filtration of the mesh. 50-micrometers) receiving aluminium, followed by the reception of aluminium and cellulose residues. The aluminium removed is directed to the induction crucible kilns where at temperature 660-700-C it is melted and cast into uniform components which can be further sold (castings, foundries). In this process, the residues of cellulose are incinerated,which allows high purity aluminium to be obtained. The notification shall also cover the management of individual recovery fractions in order to obtain packaging.
