The present disclosure is related to a technological package and detection method of opportunist pathogens-viral genotypes of hepatitis type-c (vhc)- in persons co-infected with human immunodeficiency virus (hiv) through the use of microarrays. Patients who have some immunodeficiency are at risk of developing potentially fatal infections, whereby the present invention: technological package and detection method of opportunist pathogens, allows the timely detection of various infectious agents, and can be used primarily in patients with HIV/AIDS. The technological package and detection method of opportunist pathogens-viral genotypes of hepatitis type-c (vhc)- in persons co-infected with human immunodeficiency virus (hiv) through the use of microarrays comprises: a) a device based on a microarray which is characterized by having a construction design, b) methodology comprising the following steps: 1) data material extraction, bibliographic search; 2) biological material extraction, 3) g enetic material extraction, 4) Microarray reaction against the samples, 5) genomic data analysis data extraction model, and data criteria, 6) results extraction, report generation and presentation of the same; the latter included in the algorithm; 7) use of the Technological Package.
