The invention relates to medicine, in particular to gynecology and can be used for treating chronic adnexitis.Summary of the invention consists in that once a day is performed the vaginal lavage with a mixture containing calendula tincture, 30% solution of vitamin E, in a ratio of 8:1, and ozone in a concentration of 6000…10000 µg/L, at the same time per os is administered a mixture obtained from denatured human placental tissue and calendula tincture, in a ratio of 1:2, homogenized and filtered, with the addition of powder of zinc oxide and silver nanoparticles, in a ratio of 9:1, 5 mg per 100 mL of mixture, at the same time the mixture is administered 100 mL 3 times a day, 30 minutes before meal, for 12 days.
