Nutritious and divine dining is a challenge in the modern epoch. Humans need to obtain nutrients from foods in order to survive and live healthy. The requirements of energy and nutrients are different due to differences in age, gender, and physical activity level. People living in different places take nutrients from different kinds of food. But generally conflict arises on the grounds of time constraint to cook delicious and variety breakfast , food and the taste. This system is an essential solution not only to the foodie but also for the rapid pace life of budding generation. It is a great challenge to satisfy foodie as they rarely eat for hunger and aims to improve the quality of food on the whole. The unit comprises of the following major sub-sections :1.Storage area 2. Grinding and soaking 3.Heating, Cooking and serving , 4. IoT based Programmable Logic Controller(PLC). Storage Weigher serves as storage bin which measure the stored ingredient sensed and dispensed through integrated weighing sensor. Mixer Feeder subsystem feedsto the mixer assembly flow monitored and controlled through flow sensor hooked up to the PLC. Water reservoir provides water for washing ingredients, soaking , grinding and mixing based on PLC. Concentrator Assembly serves dual purpose of stirring the mixed ingredient and concentrating the mixer for proper viscosity and consistency. Steam Engine feeds the fuel (steam) through the nozzles for cooking , the pressure of delivery and flow regulated by the PLC controller.PLC Microcontroller is a programmable logic controller (PLC) is an industrial computer control system that continuously monitors the state of automatic breakfast and food maker system and makes decisions based upon a program to control the system.lt aims to have separate compartments for storing the ingredients and to prepare the food based on the number required. This system prepares instant idly, dosa, lemon rice, tamarind rice,tomato rice, coconut rice,biriyani etc automatically with raw ingredients for home and operates remotely from any where. This Smart and Secure IoT based Indian Food Maker will be a solution not only to the elderly but also for the fast pace life of younger generation. The product aims to improve the quality of life on the whole.
