[Problem] To provide a management device for financial instrument transactions which makes it easy to achieve high profits by minimizing losses associated with fluctuations in market prices. [Solution] A management device for financial instrument transactions is provided with an order information generation unit that generates order information for issuing a first order and a second order. The first order is set so as to be executed after the market price crosses a first order price and then the trend of the price change reverses and the first order price is reached again. The second order is set so as to be executed after the market price crosses a second order price and then the trend of the price change reverses and the second order price is reached again. The second order price is set so as to rise and fall following the fluctuations in the market price.
