methods for synthesizing a nucleic acid molecule, to selectively amplify a target nucleic acid sequence of a DNA or a nucleic acid mixture, to amplify two or more target nucleotide sequences simultaneously, to sequence a target nucleic acid molecule for detecting a genetically diverse nucleic acid molecule, for detecting a target nucleotide sequence in a nucleic acid sample, and for allowing an annular specificity of an oligonucleotide to be determined by means of an oligonucleotide structure, and, oligonucleotide of dual specificity. The present invention relates to various processes for a template dependent extension reaction using a dual specificity oligonucleotide and a dual specificity oligonucleotide composed of three portions of the same. The characteristics of the dual specificity oligonucleotide, which are mismatch tolerance and high hybridization specificity, are demonstrated in the present invention.
