Abstract Method for determining a composite score distribution of the patient's health status, determining the patient's health status, and a readable storage media method includes generating at least the first and second histograms, respectively, for at least the first and the second set of vital sign measurements, using at least the first and second predetermined receptacles. each of the first and second sets of vital sign measurements includes at least two measurements taken at different times, and the first and second vital signs are different vital signs. The method further includes generating a first score distribution for the first vital signal by mapping each receptacle from the first predetermined receptacles to a corresponding predetermined score. The method further includes generating a second score distribution for the second vital signal by mapping each receptacle from the second predetermined receptacles to a corresponding predetermined score. The method further includes generating a composite score distribution for the first and second vital signs based on the first and second score distributions, with the composite score distribution indicating a patient's health status. 1/1
