an aircraft passenger service kit comprising a ceiling-mounted passenger service unit panel (2) including at least one pivot pin (4) extending along an edge portion ( 6) the ceiling-mounted passenger service unit panel (2); and an elastic fastening member (8) for securing the ceiling-mounted passenger service unit panel (2) to an aircraft support structure. the securing member (8) comprises at least a first end (18a, 18b) which is configured to rotatably connect with at least one pivot pin (4); and at least one second opposite end (26) which is configured to engage with a mounting rail (10) of the aircraft support structure. the ceiling-mounted passenger service unit panel (2) further comprises a force element (14) which is configured to act on the fastener (8) which generates a tension within the fastener (8) securely securing at least a second end (26) of the fastener (8) to the mounting rail (10).
