Abstract Dressing and Device for Use in Negative Pressure Injury Therapy, Surgical Instrument for Applying a Bandage, Negative Pressure Injury Treatment Kit The invention relates to a bandage and device for use in the therapy of wound injury. negative pressure, especially for injuries to the abdominal region, and also to methods for producing the device. the dressing comprises at least one flexible film for application over the wound bed, more particularly on the exposed internal organs or the greater omentum, and furthermore at least one pouch, which is present on the dressing side, which is facing the opposite side of the wound during use and simplifying the application and uniform dressing of the wound bed. The invention further relates to a surgical instrument for applying a dressing.
