abstract method of adapting a signature compound of a phenotype that is derived from sample measurements; clinical imaging apparatus for adapting a signature composed of a phenotype that is derived from measurements of a sample; program element for the adaptation of a signature composed of a phenotype; By means of computer reading the present invention relates to a method of adapting a signature composed of a phenotype. The method comprises the steps of providing a signature composed of a phenotype, with at least two different types of data, which were respectively generated by two different modalities of measuring a sample. Due to an adaptation of a signature part of the phenotype, the resulting adapted signature phenotype can be used as an input to a signature evaluation tool that was derived from data measured by a third measurement modality.
