A perceptible vitrectomy probe includes a Body and an outer tube which extends from the body perceptible. The Outer Tube has a distal end and a First Port Closed with the proper size for the tissue.The vitrectomy probe also includes a tube inside the Outer Tube with a Second port to selectively align with a part of the first port to allow the flow of Fluids and have a single size to increase the flow of Fluids. The Inner Tube includes a distal Tip with a cutting edge on each side of distal and proximal to the tip.The distal Tip has a diameter smaller than the inner tube has a proximal side of the second Port - the Port includes a proximal side of the second Guide Surface which supports a Guide Sliding on a surface of the Outer Tube to prevent the distal Tip on Get excessively the first Port of the Outer Tube.
