PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radar signal processing device capable of precisely detecting movement speed of a target even when a reflection point changes as the target moves.;SOLUTION: A time-series phase data generation section 3 generates a time-series phase data in an interest range bin based on a range profile representing the phase of a wave reflected by a target in each range bin. A phase rotation amount time-series data generation section 4 segments the time-series phase data into predetermined time lengths, measures a rotation value of the phase generated within the segmented time length to generate a phase rotation amount time-series data. A pattern matching section 6 performs a pattern matching between the generated phase rotation amount time-series data and a template of the phase rotation amount time-series data prescribed for each distance and movement speed.
