PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybridoma producing a monoclonal antibody specific to a larva of a Mytilus coruscus belonging to a genus Mytilus or its preparation method, a monoclonal antibody specific to the larva of the Mytilus coruscus belonging to the genus Mytilus or its fragment, and a reagent, a detection method, a detection kit and a detector for detecting the larva of the Mytilus coruscus belonging to the genus Mytilus.;SOLUTION: A spleen cell is isolated from a mouse immunized by administering crude extraction liquid of a larva in an adhesion period of a blue mussel into an abdominal cavity, and the spleen cell and a mouse myeloma cell are fused to prepare hybridomas. A hybridoma producing a monoclonal antibody that reacts with a larva of a Mytilus coruscus belonging to a genus Mytilus but not with a larva of a Mytilus coruscus belonging to a genus Perna is identified from among the hybridomas.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
