PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture for a dental implant and a dental implant that have excellent initial fixability and rotation resistance and can bind tightly to a jaw bone for a long period of time.;SOLUTION: A fixture 1 for a dental implant comprises a nearly columnar body 2 and a plurality of recesses 3, which are located apart from each other in a rear part 232 of a periphery 23 of the body 2. Each of the plurality of recesses 3 extends along a central axis S piercing a tip 21 and a rear end 22 of the body 2, and an end part 31 is located at the rear end 22.
